Having worked together in some renowned establishments, chef Guillaume Dercourt and pastry chef Amandine Sabot decided to open this restaurant in Sommières with a stonework interior and a charming patio for summer. What's not to love? The cooking is resolutely modern in its form and draws playfully on the traditional French repertoire: tielle sétoise ravioli, slow-confit shoulder of veal, blanquette garnish or, for dessert, the delicious Paris-Brest. A real treat.
