As guests savour the superlative setting (a panoramic landscape of vineyards and olive groves outdoors and a designer-inspired interior), they dig into fine seasonal provençal cuisine which makes the most of the estate’s wide range of produce (chicken coop, orchard, cottage garden, olive groves), illustrated by a tartare of cucumber and fennel with fresh herbs; Mediterranean skipjack, crunchy salad of quinoa and courgette spaghetti.
