The ground floor of this restaurant is home to a café and an opulent delicatessen offering a huge selection of hams that are cured and seasoned on site – the theme continues on the first floor, where guests pass a display of hams on their way to the dining room. It soon becomes obvious that this bistro-style restaurant with a covered terrace is dedicated to local specialities such as seasoned hams, pork chops and delicious pork scratchings. The seasonal dishes include delicious brawn served with pumpkin oil and seeds, smoked prosciutto with fresh horseradish, and calf’s liver with polenta. Kodila is a real paradise for meat-lovers, with specialities that can be enjoyed without spending a fortune. The delicatessen is also worth a visit.
