Il Cappero on the island of Vulcano is the perfect Mediterranean dream: a location nestling on Vulcanello’s promontory, perched over the sea, with a terrace boasting incomparable views of all the Aeolian islands, often with a blazing sunset in the background, plus a tasting menu (8, 10 or 12 courses) created by chef Giuseppe Biuso. The menus feature technical, modern dishes, all of which are enthusiastically described by the young, friendly staff, with alternating vegetable, fish and meat courses followed by delicious desserts made truly memorable by the talented young pastry chef.
