Cafe Bau, a new dining concept by the self-proclaimed “Demon Chef” Alvin Leung, is styled like a vintage brasserie dripping in retro glam. Sit at the bar and watch the bartender concoct exquisite beverages. On to the food, order the 3-course menu for traditional European fare, or opt for  the 8-course tasting extravaganza for more innovative, adventurous dishes.
