This restaurant is named after Lychee Bay, and therefore went to great lengths to re-create a floating night market, with an occasional storyteller who recites classic martial art novels. The dimly lit dining room also boasts booth seating that resembles boats. As a nod to Lychee Bay’s history, the chef cleverly uses the lychee plant in some dishes —goose and char siu are roasted over lychee wood, and the fruit is added to fried pork ribs.
