The shop’s name is quite self-explanatory. Different cuts of beef such as shin, tripe and tendon are braised in a spiced soy marinade for over ten hours resulting in robust flavours and tenderness, but without being too mushy. Beef and pork dumplings are made on the spot with house-made wrapping. Feel free to choose your favourite toppings and vinegar dips from the self-serve condiment station. Braised beef is also available for take-out.
