This isolated yet active pagoda is the epitome of serenity. On the lake extending in front of the sanctuary, admire the wooden library built on stilts. It was rebuilt in the 19C in strict keeping with the plans of the earlier building dating back to the 17C. The library (ho trai) stands on 25 pillars, the aim of which is to protect the 2 400 or so manuscripts stored within it from rodents and insects.
