Dine is one of those places which simply provides great enjoyment. The kitchen is rooted in the classical camp but has modern overtones – and keeps things simple by using fresh ingredients which are cleanly cooked and refrain from unnecessary adornment, as exemplified by the cod with wild garlic purée, peas and mint oil. That being said, there’s some skill on display in elements like of the two-coloured ravioli dough. The regularly evolving wine list offers a good selection by the glass, as well as a strong selection of champagnes. They also offer themed tasting dinners.
