Opposite the sea and the ochre-coloured rocks of the Estérel mountains and looking down on the beach and port of La Figueirette, this restaurant was founded in the 1950s by a local fisherman. It has passed into the capable hands of Jérôme Cervera, a former fishmonger. The chef whips up a menu featuring ultra-fresh seafood and carefully crafted dishes, such as lightly seared red mullet served with fruity olive oil and seasonal vegetables. The attentive and bright service adds to your enjoyment of the meal. At lunch and dinner, an appealing set menu reprises dishes from the à la carte menu – tuck in on the terrace or in the pretty dining area with a sea view.
