This restaurant boasts what is arguably the best location in the centre of Split, with a long panoramic terrace that runs alongside the southern section of the Palace of Diocletian and offers fine views of the port. The young chef reinterprets traditional Dalmatian cuisine inspired by old recipes and offer three menus: Obala (focuses on fish and seafood), Zagora (ingredients from inland areas), and a long menu that combines the two. The delicious carrot cake with cashew nuts and orange juice offers a snapshot of Split’s commercial history, combining the port’s exports (carrots and oranges) with other ingredients that were imported (cashews). We recommend booking a table on the top floor to make the most of the beautiful view.
