Continuing to gain prominence, this restuarant, with an informal atmosphere and simple setup (there are more tables on the upper floor), is where chef John Ordóñez's imaginative proposal awakens a certain amount of interest, as it plays with surprising aromas and is not lacking in flavour either. He usually uses lots of ingredients, although these are kept well differentiated and without hiding their identity.
