On the southern tip of Istria, this konoba which has been active for more than two decades has become a solid landmark for lovers of seafood cuisine, appreciated by locals and tourists alike. Danilo Skoko, chef-patron and fisherman, is distinguished by the quality of his catch, which is always fresh and fragrant, and his strict adherence to seasonality and fishing times. Not to be missed is the initial selection of appetizers, where innards often appear alongside the finest cuts, enhanced in tasty and original recipes. The Mediterranean first courses are equally tasty, while the main course is chosen by sight: the catch of the day is presented directly to the room on a large tray.
